Introduction

Sandwiched between a crispy bun, this Beyond Burger is served with Follow Your Heart vegan mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, seasoned with crushed black pepper and topped off with fried shiitake mushrooms and shredded cabbage.

Beyond Burger is egg-free, dairy-free, and contains no onion and garlic. Its formula includes non-GMO peas, beetroot and other plant-based ingredients. Each patty contains 20g protein. It is also free of gluten, hormones, antibiotics and contains 0mg cholesterol.

Available as single or double!

Method

Black Pepper Sauce:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the grounded black pepper and toast until they start to smell fragrant.
2. Add the teriyaki sauce and heat over medium hear until thicken.

Burger:

1. Toast the vegan burger bun and spread with Vegenaise.
2. Filled in with a layer of shredded cabbage, stir-fried shiitake mushroom, follow by the pan-fried Beyond Burger and black pepper sauce.
3. To serve with fries!
